How to Make a Mini Book!
Learn how to create a mini book of 8, 16, 24, or 32 pages! It’s easy! All you need is 4 sheets of 8.5″ X 11″ paper, scissors, a pencil, and a piece of twine, yarn, ribbon or string! Children’s picture books are typically 32 pages; so PB Authors, you can use us this video tutorial to make a mini picture book dummy and see how your story unfolds! Page 1 will be your title page; Page 2 will be your copyright/dedication page; and Page 32 will be your end page. For easy changes, I recommend printing your story and adding your text using a repositionable glue stick. A piece of colored paper can be added to the outside for the cover. Kids, you can make these yourself and next thing you know, you’ll be writing and illustrating your own stories!
